As long as I can remember, I’ve been a musician. My first memory of singing in church was at the age of 4, when I had to stand on a stack of hymn books to reach the microphone on the stand, because I wasn’t tall enough! Fast forward to the age of 11. It seemed to be just another ordinary Sunday night at my little church in Calvert City, Kentucky, but at that young age, God broke my heart at the altar that night, and I committed my life to Him. I was a junior in college when I first felt the call to ministry. After a short time as a college pastor and marrying my college sweetheart, we moved to Dallas, Texas to attend Christ For the Nations Institute, a 2-year Bible college whose mission was to train up Christian workers and equip them for ministry. After CFNI, I served as Worship Leader in churches in Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and finally in Indiana. Although my current career path is in Higher Education, I still serve in instrumental music and leading worship in our local church in Newburgh, Indiana. My passion is to write and record songs that are birthed from God’s heart. These are His songs that share timely messages from the Father.
